The Past 3 or so years have been the best of my life, playing music with my best mates has been a great honour and amazing fun.

We have managed to accomplish so much together from our early days at Henderson Primal to the Fall Out Boy show, releasing Don't Walk away to "Through The Looking Glass".

I'd like to thank all of you guys for being so supportive of the band over this time, I can honestly say False Start have the best fans in the world, you guys allowed us to Travel around NZ and Aussie and share our music with you. When we started this in Andrews Garage years ago we had no idea we would ever get to this point.

Due to Health problems and other commitments I have had to let the boys continue on with the journey that is False Start and wish them all the best.

I'll still pop up from time to time and will be always be good mates with the boys.

The Music Television Event of the Year takes place on Tuesday September 30^th at the Stamford Plaza in Auckland, broadcast live on New Zealand’s Music Channel Free-to-air in Auckland and on Sky Digital Channel 62 across NZ.
Finalists include a complete who’s who of NZ music right now – with All Awards decided completely by public (again, that..'s YOU!) vote.
